Our mission at Josie Stardust is to provide our customers with quality merchandise. Vintage pieces are pre-loved and often decades old, therefore may occasionally show minor or faint signs of age & wear. Each vintage piece is hand-picked and thoroughly inspected before it is sent to you and any damage will be described in the item description. Please thoroughly check the item description before purchasing. We endeavour to photograph and describe our garments as accurately as possible, ensuring to include information of any visible faults.
In the event that your vintage purchase is grossly misrepresented in the description, we will accept a return with the original tags still attached for store credit. Please inspect your vintage items carefully before removing the tags, as we cannot accept returns once the tags have been removed.
Normal vintage wear may include loose or missing sequins and beads on sequin garments that do not distract from the design, stitching that needs to be secured, loose buttons, slight loss of fabric colour from washing, slight pilling on knits, and mild leather scuffing.
We do not accept returns for vintage items with normal wear.
Please be sure to read descriptions & thoroughly check measurements carefully prior to checkout. Please be aware that some colours may be displayed differently depending on the monitor in which they are being viewed.
If you feel we have grossly misrepresented your item(s), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery date. Returns are judged on a case-by-case basis, and will be refunded for Josie Stardust credit only, minus original shipping costs.
All new items can be returned for a refund within 14 days domestic, 21 days international in unworn, unwashed condition with any original tags still attached. Please email us at email@example.com when your return is on its way with the tracking number, so we know to expect it. All returns should be mailed to:

All items purchased on CLEARANCE/SALE or during a Promotional Sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund. A promotional purchase includes any purchase made using a coupon code, including free shipping
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of Josie Stardust (ie Paypal/credit card fees).
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.josiestardust.com.au
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat Store Credit like cash.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit expires 12 months from issue date
- Store credit is provided in AUS dollars
- To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your Josie Stardust account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
