Shipping

Josie Stardust ships around the globe. Orders within Australia are sent via either Regular Parcel Post or Express Post, and International parcels are sent via Registered Post International.

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Please keep in mind that orders received on weekends, public holidays will be processed the following business day.

We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched, along with a unique tracking number for your convenience. Instructions on tracking the item will be included in the confirmation email.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Regular Parcel Post $10 per order

All Domestic parcels sent via Parcel Post, which delivers your item within 2 or more business days within the Parcel Post Network. For customers who lay outside the Parcel Post Networks shipping times may vary depending on location, from 3 – 6 business days. Orders within Australia do not include insurance so we recommend you choose a secure delivery address.

Express Post $15 per order

All Domestic parcels sent via Australia Post Express Post Service, guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post networks  For customers who lay outside the Express Post Networks Shipping times may vary depending on location, from 2 – 5 business days. Orders within Australia do not include insurance so we recommend you choose a secure delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL

From $22

All International parcels are sent via Registered Post International. All international orders can take up to 10 – 14 business days to be delivered and a signature will be required upon delivery.

CUSTOMS

Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Josie Stardust cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.

In the event that an order is refused or unclaimed and sent back to us, we will retain the original shipping cost we paid (not the amount charged to the customer), any charges for return shipping as well as a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be given in store credit only.

If a reshipment of refused goods is requested, the customer is responsible for the entire cost of reshipment including insurance. Please email us for an exact quote.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please keep in mind that postal and customs delays can significantly alter estimated delivery times.  Delays are particularly common during the Christmas season.  Josie Stardust has no control over the postal and customs services and cannot be responsible for delays or for lost or stolen packages.  We highly recommend ensuring someone is home on the day of delivery to receive your package safely.
